Cel-Vinyl is an extremely high quality paint as it is primarily used for painting cartoon cells that are then transferred to film in the form of animated cartoons.

Cel-Vinyl is an artists paint that does not run or bleed when applied to smooth or gloss surface. Being acrylic it is a paint that can be thinned with water and applied with a hand brush or by an airbrush. It also dries quickly to a matte finish.  Once dry, Cel-Vinyl is waterproof and will not crack, chip or flake away.

Cel Vinyl is available in 44 colors, 32 shades of gray, 646 tints and fluorescent colors, although designed for animation cartoon cells, they can be applied to any smooth, glossy or non-greasy surface such as acetate sheets, illustration board, and Bristol board, clay coated paper, primed canvas, wood, metal foil, Perspex, plastic, vinyl and glass.
