Glitter
Glitter, which is often called sparkles is commonly made from finely cut reflective paper, metallic foil or plastic fragments. It can be used to decorate absolutely anything giving it iridescence, luster and shine.
Art Making Tip: When making art, try mixing glitter in with clear painting mediums, or texture gels for special effects.
Other products that can be used to give a similar effect as glitter are Mica, iridescent paint and Gold Leaf.
